Field Sales Consultant, 80 – 100%
(Food Service, German-speaking Switzerland – focus Zurich)
Start: immediately or by arrangement
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a communicative, curious, and sales-oriented personality who passionately brings our organic drinks to the gastronomy and hotel industry in German-speaking Switzerland.
Your area of responsibility – For more organic in the glass
- You develop existing customer relationships purposefully and win new partners in the food service sector (gastronomy / hotel industry).
- With creativity and persistence, you acquire new customers through cold calling.
- You recognize potential with existing customers, plan your visits independently, and implement sales-promoting measures.
- Through ongoing market and competitive analyses, you derive concrete activities and realize them.
- Administrative tasks – from CRM maintenance to sales analyses – you gladly and efficiently handle.
- You achieve your bonus-relevant sales and profitability targets.
- Travel activity: approx. 80% in German-speaking Switzerland, focusing on Zurich and surroundings.
Your profile – You are passionate about food
- Completed training in the commercial sector, gastronomy, or hotel industry.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in the beverage industry.
- Convincing, authentic appearance, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people.
- Numerically inclined, confident in using MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Residence in Winterthur/Zurich desired.
