To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 50% accounting secretary, organised, meticulous and versatile, capable of managing daily administrative and accounting tasks while ensuring impeccable follow-up of our files.
Your main duties
Establish and monitor invoicing (payment tracking, reminders, filing)
Carry out various accounting operations (entry, payment tracking, reminders, filing, etc.)
Manage routine administrative tasks
Work closely with management and various stakeholders
Handle telephone reception and follow up on mail and emails
Prepare the administrative documents necessary for the smooth running of the company
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of public contracts, which represent a significant part of our activity.
Your profile
Several years of experience as an accounting secretary, administrative secretary or in a similar role within an SME. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A liking for numbers, comfortable with common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and management software. Experience in managing or preparing public contract files is a real asset. Autonomous, organised, discreet and with an excellent sense of priorities. Team spirit and solution-oriented.
