• You coach and lead around 12 employees
• You are responsible for the promotion and further development of your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success
• You support your employees as a contact person for challenging customer inquiries
• You manage the assigned customer base
• You are jointly responsible for the further development of the entire customer center

• You have completed a banking or equivalent training with a higher professional qualification
• You bring strong leadership skills (3 to 5 years of leadership experience)
• You are a convincing and inspiring personality with good communication and motivation skills (native German with good French skills are an advantage or native French with B2 level in German)
• You think entrepreneurially and act networked
• You enjoy direct customer contact and like to maintain sustainable customer relationships
