Your Tasks

• You visit clients in the region and ensure professional care on site
• As the nurse responsible for the case, you plan, implement and evaluate the care
• You work closely with colleagues, doctors and other partners
• You contribute to enabling people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible
• You document all measures comprehensively and transparently

Our Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in outpatient care
• Independent, organised and reliable personality
• Excellent communication skills and strong social competence
• Routine in using MS Office; driving licence category B
