Your mission | You…
... establish and negotiate, as the person responsible for the tariff controlling mandate, the reimbursement claims of insurers vis-à-vis doctors, hospitals and other service providers.
... instruct external lawyers or represent the insurers yourself in court in case of a failed negotiation.
... analyse the application of tariffs within an interdisciplinary team (medical advisers, data analysts, lawyers, etc.).
... contribute to controlling healthcare costs.
... maintain contacts and relationships with our clients and support the development of the tariff controlling business unit.
Your profile | You...
... hold a law degree and the Swiss bar certificate (or are in the process of obtaining it).
... demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and negotiation skills.
... work in a structured manner, have a good understanding of complex relationships and are not afraid of numbers or tables.
... are a native French speaker, or have a command of French allowing you to conduct negotiations, as well as solid knowledge of German (knowledge of Italian is an advantage).
