All-round Gardener-Caretaker (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Assisting with the monitoring and maintenance of buildings, facilities and building services systems
- Various gardening tasks (mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, hedges and trees)
- Cleaning work and maintenance of outdoor areas
- Winter service in front of the clinic buildings
- Patient transport service to various hotels in the area
- Separation and disposal of waste and materials
- Coordination of external craftsmen
- Reporting necessary repairs or irregularities to the responsible department
- Your work contributes to ensuring a well-kept appearance of the clinic and a positive treatment environment
- Intervention for alarm systems, as agreed
Requirements:
- Experience in gardening (gardener, horticulture)
- Knowledge of HVAC
- Technically and manually skilled
- Enjoy working outdoors in nature
- Reliability, punctuality and careful working style
- Friendly demeanour and good manners
- Physically resilient and accustomed to working independently
- Driving licence category B, trailer test category BE
- Interest in biological medicine
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, spoken English skills desired
- Good PC user skills in common MS Office programmes
