Head of Bread/Bakery Products Department (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Fresh bread and fresh baked goods are your passion. For this reason, you enthusiastically manage our department and ensure our customers always have an equally fresh shopping experience.
You are responsible for procurement: thanks to you, customers find everything they desire, you bake the bread and present it in the best possible way.
You enjoy sharing your extensive knowledge and advising customers competently.
You and your team are one: you lead it and at the same time ensure that everyone feels comfortable.

You have successfully completed your basic training in retail or have extensive experience in sales? Fantastic!
Applicants who have already led a team and have experience in sales, perhaps in a similar role, are particularly interesting to us.
Knowledge of bread and baked goods is also a plus.
You have an excellent command of written and spoken Italian.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You are comfortable familiarising yourself with new systems.
