Technical Specialist After Sales & Spare Parts Management 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical spare parts management of our machines and systems throughout their entire lifecycle

• Analysis of customer requirements as well as technical research and identification of suitable spare and wear parts

• Checking compatibilities, successor items and technical alternatives in cooperation with engineering, service and purchasing

• Creation and maintenance of structured spare parts documentation in the ERP system

• Development and further development of standardised spare parts packages, service kits and maintenance recommendations for existing systems

• Development of strategies for proactive marketing and stocking of spare parts based on system inventory, lifecycles and customer needs

• Ensuring high master data quality as well as continuous optimisation of spare parts structures

• Participation in the further development of processes in spare parts management

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, designer

• Further training as a technician HF, BA in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification

• Good technical understanding of complex mechatronic systems

• Experience in technical spare parts management, service, after sales or engineering is an advantage

• Experience with ERP systems and master data management

• Analytical and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of research tasks

• High initiative and interest in actively developing processes

• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage (especially French)
