Technical Specialist After Sales & Spare Parts Management 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Responsibility for the technical spare parts management of our machines and systems throughout their entire lifecycle
Analysis of customer requirements as well as technical research and identification of suitable spare and wear parts
Checking compatibilities, successor items and technical alternatives in cooperation with engineering, service and purchasing
Creation and maintenance of structured spare parts documentation in the ERP system
Development and further development of standardised spare parts packages, service kits and maintenance recommendations for existing systems
Development of strategies for proactive marketing and stocking of spare parts based on system inventory, lifecycles and customer needs
Ensuring high master data quality as well as continuous optimisation of spare parts structures
Participation in the further development of processes in spare parts management
Your profile
Completed technical basic training, e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, designer
Further training as a technician HF, BA in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
Good technical understanding of complex mechatronic systems
Experience in technical spare parts management, service, after sales or engineering is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems and master data management
Analytical and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of research tasks
High initiative and interest in actively developing processes
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage (especially French)
