Energy from biomass - your future! As Team Leader for Mobile Services East, you take on the technical and organisational responsibility for the depot site and workshop in Hagenbuch. You lead a dedicated team of machine operators, take care of customer acquisition and support, and are the driving force behind our service in the region.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
You lead your team of machine operators and ensure that our machinery fleet is always ready for use
You are the contact person for machine breakdowns and coordinate solutions within the team
You are responsible for customer acquisition and customer support in your region
You prepare offers for mobile services and support the monthly billing process
You ensure reliable execution of orders and ensure customer satisfaction
Technical and organisational responsibility for the location and depot site in Hagenbuch, including the workshop
Reporting and general administration
Profile & Requirements:
Completed mechanical apprenticeship as agricultural, construction machinery, truck mechanic, farmer or forester
Further training as maintenance specialist, technical merchant or equivalent
Several years of leadership experience as a team leader
Experience handling heavy processing machines (tyre, telescopic loader, forestry crane, trailer train, etc.)
Expertise in logistics, environmental technology (composting and digestion), as well as occupational safety and health protection
Driving licence category C/E is an advantage
Strong communication skills and solution-oriented working style
