At Bäre Madis, the kitchen is an important part of our house. Whether in the idyllic garden, the historic hall, or at cosy events in the Härdöpfuchäller, our guests come not only for the atmosphere but also for the good food. And this is exactly where you come in.
Chef / Cook EFZ
During your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn the culinary craft from the ground up. You will work with fresh food, prepare various dishes, learn different preparation methods, and together with our kitchen team, create culinary experiences.
From the very beginning, you will be part of our team. Our trainer and apprentices will accompany you throughout your training and support you with advice and assistance. You can try new things, take on responsibility, and gradually develop your own skills.
What you should bring
You enjoy cooking and working with food, are creative, and like practical work. You are reliable, careful, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You enjoy teamwork and are motivated to learn new things and develop further.
Start: August 2027
Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years
