Your area of responsibility

🩺 Professional leadership: You proudly take responsibility for the professional care and support of our residents. 
💻 Digital care: You confidently handle administrative tasks and work routinely with interRAI LTCF and electronic care documentation (easyDOK). 
🤝 Strong network: You are the important interface and work closely and trustfully with relatives, doctors and physiotherapists. 
🌱 Passing on knowledge: You enjoy sharing your know-how, accompany trainees/students and warmly introduce new team members.

What you bring with you

🎓 Qualification: A successfully completed qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist (HF, DNI or DNII). 
🕰️ Flexibility: Willingness for irregular working hours to be there for our residents in the evenings or at weekends. 
🧘 Rock in the surf: High social competence and the ability to remain calm and keep an overview even in demanding moments. 
❤️ Passion: Deep understanding, commitment and sincere affection for elderly, care-dependent people. 
👩 🏫 Mentor spirit: You work responsibly, with commitment and enjoy working with trainees. 
🗣️ Communication & IT: You have solid PC user skills, understand Swiss German effortlessly and communicate confidently in German.
