Our integrated general practice in the Regional Care Centre Baden with up to four specialists offers basic medical care for elderly people with complex care needs and is the medical heart for the medical care of our residents.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised, professional care and support.
So that our medical team can fully concentrate on the medical work, the practice manager takes over the organisation and coordination of processes – you will take on a central supporting role as a medical secretary (m/f/d).
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed person to start immediately or by arrangement as
This is how you support us:
- You support the practice manager in organising and coordinating the practice operations
- You ensure smooth processes together with the practice manager
- You work in the laboratory and perform blood sampling and examinations according to medical instructions
- You take on tasks in the medical secretariat (telephone, appointment scheduling, correspondence)
- You ensure clean and consistent documentation
- You work closely with doctors, nursing staff and other departments
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as an MPA EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have experience from a practice, clinic or long-term care institution
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high standard of quality
- You are reliable, service-oriented and proactive
- You communicate clearly and feel comfortable in an interprofessional environment
- You have good IT user skills
