What to expect
In this versatile role, you take on the professional responsibility for the domestic services area and, together with your team, ensure that our clients are supported reliably, professionally, and with great appreciation.
- You provide orientation: You further develop standards and workflows and ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety are lived in everyday life.
- You are there for your team: You professionally support employees, assist in challenging situations, and ensure a good and structured induction of new colleagues.
- You keep our clients in mind: You help to identify support needs and find solutions that promote independence and personal resources.
- You drive things forward: You recognise potential for improvement, develop good solutions together with others, and actively contribute to the further development of domestic services.
- You work in a networked way: You liaise with team leaders, nursing, deployment planning, and administration, ensuring that the various areas work well together.
What you bring with you
You have experience and expertise in domestic services, enjoy working independently and organised, and take pleasure in professionally supporting other people. You communicate clearly and appreciatively, have a good awareness of quality and hygiene, and want to actively shape your area.
Training as a domestic services specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification is an advantage. Experience in healthcare or Spitex is welcome. Good German language skills, both spoken and written, and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
