Your future field of activity
- With us, you will be trained to become a professional in the kitchen. You will learn how to professionally prepare food in a kitchen, write recipes, and calculate costs
- You will also learn important basics in breakfast, storage and control, as well as hygiene
- You will get to know the different areas of the kitchen: cold kitchen, pastry, sauce kitchen, and banquet kitchen
- In the end, you will be able to work in all essential operational areas of a kitchen and start directly
Your profile
- Ideally, you have already completed an internship in a kitchen; if not, we may be able to offer you one
- You enjoy being creative and are looking for training with teamwork
- You speak German and English
