As a 100% Operations Assistant, you are a valuable part of our establishment. You work with a 14-member team. Your passion for gastronomy and your talent for inspiring people make every visit a special experience.
Your tasks:
- Representing the managing director in his absence to ensure smooth operations
- Managing hotel bookings and supporting our guests in all matters related to their stay at the hotel
- Leading and supporting a dynamic service team, housekeeping, and kitchen teams of up to 14 employees
- Actively attending to our valued guests to ensure their satisfaction
- Active participation in à la carte and pension business to ensure smooth operations and provide a first-class customer experience
- Training new team members to ensure top service quality
- Performing general office tasks such as processing reservation requests
- Effective ordering and control systems as well as inventory management of food & beverage and non-food items
- Adhering to and embodying our company philosophy to represent and promote our corporate values
- Managing hotel bookings and supporting our guests in all matters related to their stay at the hotel
- A completed education in hospitality, complemented by several years of relevant professional and hotel experience is an advantage
- An attentive, communicative personality who enjoys working in a team and always keeps the well-being of our guests in mind
- You are characterized by your excellent communication skills, quality awareness, and team orientation
