What is my role?

You lead the Market and Customers division and develop strategic concepts for customer acquisition and retention

• You analyse market trends and competitive situations and derive recommendations for action

• You lead and motivate your team and promote the development of your employees

• You are responsible for planning and implementing marketing and sales measures

• You maintain strategic customer relationships and continuously expand the customer network

• You work closely with management and report on market developments and target achievement

• You manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable qualification

• You have several years of professional experience in a leadership position in marketing, sales or customer management

• You possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of the market

• You have experience in leading and developing teams

• You work strategically and are strong in implementation

• You communicate confidently at all levels and convince with your personality

• You think entrepreneurially and act independently

• You have very good German and good English skills
