Your new role

As a Specialist in Service Development, you primarily support the planning, further development, and implementation of our public transport services. You actively participate in the creation of service and timetable concepts and ensure the high-quality maintenance and management of the relevant planning and information systems. You oversee various passenger information and demand analysis systems, ensure data quality, and contribute to software testing and system adjustments. You provide advice on extra services and public transport offerings, coordinate transport solutions for major events, and prepare analyses and reports as decision-making bases. In collaboration with specialist departments, authorities, and partners, you continuously develop services and customer information. Additionally, you assume the role of deputy head of service development. In this role, you increasingly work on strategic projects and represent the head of service development during absences in various committees.

This position is for you if

• you are an independent, responsible, and service-oriented individual.
• you have a higher vocational education (HF) in computer science, transport, or a comparable qualification.
• you possess in-depth knowledge of data management and the use of IT systems.
• you ideally have experience in public transport or a comparable service environment.
• you think analytically, quickly recognise connections, and enjoy working with data.
• you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and communicate confidently.
• you have an interest in modern mobility offerings and the further development of public transport.
