Team Leader Process Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in shift work and apprentices as plant operators EFZ and plastics technologists EFZ (team size +15 people)

• Coordination and planning of assigned personnel in consultation with the production planner

• Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with all quality and deadline requirements

• Optimisation of existing workflows and processes (experience in Lean / Kaizen is an advantage)

• Coordination of fault rectifications in close cooperation with the specialist departments

• Participation in projects for the further development of production

• Deputising for the production manager

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed further training, for example industrial foreman, process technician HF or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in plastics processing / process engineering

• Proven leadership skills and organisational talent

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Independent, committed and team-oriented personality

• Joy and enthusiasm to lead, challenge, motivate and support your team
