This is what you can expect
- You are responsible for accounts receivable management as well as dunning and collection processes
- Your tasks include booking customer payments as well as cash, bank, and postal receipts, including ESR
- Additionally, you create and post credit card statements and direct debit procedures
- Telephone (08:30–12:00 and 13:00–17:30) and written contacts with customers (debtors) in German and French are part of your responsibilities
- The creditworthiness check complements your exciting area of activity
- You continuously question existing processes and actively optimize them
- Home office possible up to 2 days a week after successful introduction
This is what you bring
- You have a passion for communication in German and French (at least level B1), ideally also knowledge of Italian
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or further training in accounting
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting distinguishes you
- Your friendly and competent demeanor on the phone is characterized by assertiveness
- You are a team player, open, and resilient
- Your structured, precise, and independent working style enriches our team
- You bring joy in continuous improvement and process optimization
