Job Description

• Direct operational and administrative support to the Field Service Manager in planning, preparing, and managing service and construction site deployments.
• Support in personnel deployment planning and mobilisation of own employees, temporary staff, and subcontractors, including coordination of the necessary deployment documents.
• Administrative support of the Regional Service Centre, especially in invoicing, deployment, hours and availability overviews, as well as follow-up on open administrative issues.
• Coordination of travel, accommodation, personnel service providers, and internal interfaces, as well as consistent follow-up on resource, documentation, and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Commercial basic training or technical basic training with a strong commercial understanding.
• Strong organisational talent as well as a structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and confident use of Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, high service orientation, and the ability to keep an overview even with changing priorities.
