Your Tasks

• You support the medical teams on the wards of Internal Medicine within the interprofessional team.
• You care for patients throughout the entire assessment and treatment continuum, working closely with senior physicians.
• You take on clinical, organisational and administrative tasks in innovation projects such as Hospital at Home and Geriatric Co-Management.
• You participate in tasks within the framework of clinical accompanying research.
• You coordinate care transition in the hospital as well as the transfer from inpatient to outpatient care.
• You conduct pre- and post-inpatient assessments and evaluate within the interprofessional team whether further measures are necessary.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree as MScN, BScN or MAS/DAS Physician Associate.
• You have already gained professional experience as a Clinical Specialist.
• You are a committed and team-oriented personality.
• You work independently and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You possess a category B driving licence.
