Function

Tasks

• Independently handle debt collection cases in the area of social insurance and occupational pension schemes
• Monitor payment and debt enforcement processes and process incoming documents
• Create instalment and payment agreements and monitor their compliance
• Prepare payment confirmations and account statements
• Written and telephone communication with customers and debt enforcement offices
• Participate in adjustments and tests of the internal IT application

Requirements

• Commercial training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in legal debt collection mandatory
• Good knowledge of Swiss debt enforcement and debt collection law (SchKG)
• Affinity for numbers and confident handling of customers
• Good MS Office skills and strong interest in IT systems
• Very good German language skills
• French or Italian language skills at least B2 level mandatory
• Independent, reliable and resilient working style
