About the job
To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a
qualified nurse with a passion for vocational training (80%)
immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks
• Supporting trainees and interns
• Participating in cross-company experience meetings of the IGA
• Holistic and professional care and support of our 46 residents
• Participating in nursing handovers and professional nursing discussions
• Co-responsibility for planning and implementing individual care goals
• Active involvement in projects and developments in the nursing and training sector
• Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach
• Recording care needs according to RAI-LTCF
• Helping to create a pleasant, respectful, and homely atmosphere
Your profile
• Completed and Swiss-recognised training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or DN II
• Experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
• Enjoyment in supporting and individually promoting FaGe trainees and interns
• Vocational pedagogical qualification equivalent to SVEB 1 (or willingness to obtain it)
• Independent, responsible working style and very good communication skills (written and oral)
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Enthusiasm for and participation in new vocational training projects
