Expert in Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 110,000Role:
The company is a leading public real estate service provider focusing on the development, management, and sustainable use of a diverse property portfolio. With high expertise, sound market knowledge, and a long-term view of urban and site development, it significantly contributes to providing and maintaining attractive living, working, and recreational spaces.
Responsibilities:
You manage a versatile property portfolio and develop measures for the sustainable optimisation of the properties.
You are responsible for the commercial and technical management, including maintenance and renovation measures.
You oversee lettings, tenant changes, as well as apartment inspections and handovers.
You prepare budgets and operating cost statements and continuously optimise management processes.
You support acquisitions and real estate projects and provide professional guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as a real estate specialist or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in property management.
You are very familiar with property management software, tenancy law, and operating cost statements.
You are characterised by an independent, precise, and customer-oriented working style.
You have very good German language skills.
