What you will achieve
- You support colleagues in the branches in providing financing. This includes handling new business, increases, and extensions of existing transactions as well as deadline monitoring.
- For further processing, you prepare the necessary documents for electronic archiving and ensure careful handling.
- In telephone exchanges with customer advisors, assistants, land registry offices, insurance companies, and other banks, you ensure efficient collaboration.
- You independently carry out various reporting tasks related to ICS measures.
- During usability tests, you contribute your perspective and help keep our IT systems stable and continuously develop them.
