In a context of positive restructuring and the development of new organisational dynamics, the Delafontaine Foundation is looking for a manager to join the Childhood & Transition sector, which includes our specialised pedagogy schools and therapeutic services.

SCHOOL MANAGER (M/F)
Permanent contract, full-time

The Delafontaine Foundation is a private foundation of public utility that welcomes outpatients with intellectual developmental disorders, from the age of 4 and throughout their lives. It has 240 employees spread across two activity sectors: the Childhood & Transition sector and the Social & Professional sector.

YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR

Ensuring the operational management of pedagogical-educational and multidisciplinary teams
Leading and supporting the implementation of pedagogical, educational and therapeutic projects in line with the sector’s vision
Collaborating closely with management and the management team to strengthen a culture of supportive leadership, inter-school cooperation and continuous improvement
Supporting teams in an inspiring, quality, caring and innovative professional stance
Contributing to the dynamics of the centres of expertise (ID, ASD, SMP) and to cross-cutting projects aimed at professionalising practices and optimising resources
Working with families and external partners to ensure the coherence of each pupil’s project

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in specialised teaching
Additional training in management (CAS or DAS in leadership, team management or institution management)
At least three years’ professional experience in a similar role
Agile, positive and solution-oriented leadership, enabling change management, team support and unification
Ease in communication, regulation, managing complex situations and supporting teams in evolving environments
