RAI expert and/or nursing expert, 60-100% possible (m/f/d)

tasks

• depending on suitability and interest, a combined position as RAI expert and nursing expert is possible (tasks also depending on workload)
• you are responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual bases
• you monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported care process and check it by random sampling
• you coach and instruct all persons involved in the care process with the RAI-LTCF in a target group-appropriate manner
• you conduct in-house RAI-relevant training sessions
• you check the accuracy and comprehensibility of the care effort group-relevant MDS codings based on the care documentation
• you participate significantly in quality management in the interpretation of the RAI quality indicators
• strategic and conceptual support of the overall management is also part of your challenging area of responsibility
• finally, you plan and design internal training for the various professional groups
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 60 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level (FH, HF) as well as training as a RAI-NH expert
• solid experience in RAI recording is required (LTCF desirable)
• a SVEB 1 qualification in adult education is desirable
• do you consider yourself well organised, empathetic, goal-oriented and also humorous?
