About the job
The agriculture at Buechehof is a workplace for people with cognitive impairments. In agriculture, we produce products for our kitchen, our shop, our bakery, as well as for our market. We also help maintain the surroundings of Buechehof. Additionally, we keep cattle, pigs, laying hens, rabbits, and donkeys.
For the training year 2027/2028, we are looking for an apprentice in agriculture (m/f/d)
What to expect with us:
- Biodynamic agriculture (Demeter);
- Arable farming;
- Animal husbandry, including dairy cows with mother-bonded calf rearing;
- Support in all tasks arising on and around the farm.
What we expect:
- Driving licence category B;
- Independence, we do not offer family-style support;
- Farm-oriented thinking and acting;
- Willingness to engage in educational work.
People
- As a small, dedicated team, we accompany people with impairments in agriculture, who actively participate in many of the tasks.
