Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a motivated workshop manager who is responsible for the leadership and control of the workshop. In this role, you will take over the AVOR of the workshop and actively participate in repair work. You coordinate scheduling with other departments and manage both internal and external construction projects. Your tasks include:

• Purchasing spare parts and materials for workshop operations

• Carrying out dismantling and demolition work

• Handling administrative tasks

• Hands-on support with repair and maintenance work

• Managing and organising workshop processes

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed vocational training in locksmithing, mechanics, or a related field

• Solid knowledge of the MAG welding process

• Basic knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics

• Several years of practical experience in a workshop environment

• Strong initiative and independent working style

• Flexibility, motivation, and reliability complete your profile
