Cleaning Agent for HVAC Service - with Federal VET Diploma as Cleaning Agent

We are looking for a cleaning agent with a Federal VET Diploma for one of our clients in Geneva. The role is mainly focused on the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment. Particular attention is given to cleaning, general equipment inspection, and monitoring of anomalies observed on site.

Main tasks:

The cleaning agent is responsible for the following activities in particular:

• Cleaning and replacement of filters in HVAC installations
• Cleaning of toilet extraction valves
• Cleaning of cooling towers
• Cleaning of cooling tower gutters
• Cleaning of kitchen extractors
• General check of proper equipment functioning
• Refilling of traps and cleaning of extraction iris on trays
• Monitoring various issues reported by production, including: water leaks, oil leaks, drafts, unpleasant odours, other technical anomalies observed.
• Participation in the technical rounds on a rotating basis, one Friday out of three
• Participation in deliveries and returns of kitchen furniture during events
• Reporting of anomalies observed to the HVAC Building Techniques team
• Compliance with safety, hygiene instructions and site procedures

Expected profile:

- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as cleaning agent or equivalent training

- Experience in a technical, industrial or tertiary environment preferred

- Basic knowledge in HVAC (air conditioning-ventilation-heating-sanitary) field

- Ability to identify and report simple technical anomalies
