As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for optimizing our workspaces and services, drawing inspiration from leading hospitality and service industries. Your impact will be to not only ensure the seamless day-to-day running of our offices but to strategically innovate and enhance the overall Sonar experience. You will transform our workspaces into vibrant hubs that reflect our culture, foster productivity, and make Sonar a truly exceptional place to work.

- As the manager of the Workplace Experience team, you will report to the VP of Operations and lead a team of 7 people across our 6 offices and 2 co-working spaces. Your role is split between ensuring operational mastery and driving strategic innovation.
- Pleasant Workplace Experience: Ensuring offices are clean and healthy , all non-IT devices are running smoothly , and supplies are stocked. This also includes strategic planning such as finding optimal locations for new offices , analyzing current and future office usage , and managing space planning.
- Events & Team Gatherings: Designing, planning, coordinating, and running impactful company events and team-gathering activities.
- Reception & Employee Support: Managing state-of-the-art reception services and supporting the full employee lifecycle from candidate assessments to departures.
- Travel Services: Providing exceptional travel support for employees and guests, including handling visa requests and guest trips.
- Thinking "out-of-the-box" to bring tangible, relevant, and innovative improvement ideas to the table.
- Actively following market trends and benchmarking Sonar’s services against other leading companies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building and managing a roadmap of high-impact projects, prioritizing them based on their effort/impact ratio and implementing them.
- Working closely with HR, IT, finance, and leadership teams to implement your solutions.
- A deep-seated customer-centric mindset, with a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
- +10 years of experience in a related position ; experience in the hospitality industry and a fast-paced scale-up is a strong plus.
- Proven team management experience with a focus on empowering your team, delegating effectively, and helping others grow professionally.
- Driven by the quality of service provided and an unwillingness to settle for less.
- The ability to think outside of the box, challenge the status quo, and propose new ideas.
- A dynamic, energetic, and resilient attitude to tackle daily challenges with positivity.
- A fluent level of English is mandatory; French is a plus.
