About the job

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle within your own area of responsibility, supported by our dedicated HR administration
Advising and supporting our managers and employees on all personnel-related and labour law issues
Active development of HR processes as well as independent management of projects, for example in the areas of employer branding and digitalisation
Support and further development of HR IT systems

Your Profile

Completed training in the HR field (at least HR specialist level or comparable qualification)
Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally as an HR Business Partner
Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
Proficient use of MS Office applications and an affinity for digital HR systems
Service-oriented, structured and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
Enjoy taking initiative and finding pragmatic solutions
