Job Description

• Independent execution of new builds or renovations
• Issuing and supervising work (electricians, apprentices, subcontractors)
• Participation in construction meetings (representing the project leader if necessary)
• Maintaining a construction journal
• Writing time reports, quantity controls, plan checks
• Checking weekly reports
• Ordering materials from wholesalers
• Allocation of assembly personnel
• Ensuring achievement of work targets

We Expect

• Completed vocational training in Switzerland as an electrician EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ESTI
• Several years of practical experience as a site supervising electrician
• Ability to work independently is essential
• You are accustomed to "dealing" with apprentices and electricians
• You are willing to teach apprentices
• Neat appearance and structured working method
• German language skills, spoken and written
• Enthusiasm and commitment
