About the job
What you will achieve:
- Responsibility for strategy, finance, organisation, personnel and reporting to the Board of Directors of Sanitas Med
- Processual and personnel scaling of the current organisation and shaping an entrepreneurial, partnership-based culture
- Responsibility for economic development and management of profit & loss, budget, liquidity, forecast, business case, key figures and risk management
- Driving digitalisation, automation as well as product, technology and AI initiatives
- Ensuring quality, patient safety and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements together with the Chief Medical Officer
- Building and actively maintaining sustainable interfaces within the Sanitas Group as well as with external partners in healthcare
Why you will succeed:
- You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, medical studies combined with management training, health management or a comparable field
- You bring several years of experience in building, scaling or transforming companies, business areas or organisations
- You have solid experience in the financial management of companies: business planning, controlling, liquidity management, KPI management and the development of viable business cases are among your experiences
- You are highly tech-savvy and have successfully led digitalisation, IoT, product or innovation projects
- You think entrepreneurially, implement consistently and enjoy rethinking things.
- You have excellent stakeholder management, communicate clearly, persuasively and appropriately for the audience – also at executive and board level
- You have experience in healthcare, health insurance or the digital health environment, understand the importance of regulatory requirements in healthcare and bring enthusiasm for medical service delivery
