As part of the development of one of our clients' activities in Switzerland, we are currently recruiting a Senior HVAC Project Manager based in Geneva or Lausanne, to work on projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

You will be responsible for managing projects in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, from studies and defining technical solutions to overseeing works, testing, and commissioning of installations.

Job Description

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing project needs and proposing technical solutions adapted to defined constraints.
• Supervising the design and sizing of HVAC installations.
• Incorporating comfort, energy performance, and ease of operation objectives.
• Preparing technical documents and tender dossiers for companies.
• Planning activities and ensuring monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
• Coordinating teams and interfaces with other technical disciplines.
• Ensuring coordination with building regulation and automation systems.
• Participating in the monitoring of works, testing, and acceptance of installations.
• Supporting clients in their technical choices and decisions.

Qualifications

• Higher education in climate engineering, energy, building technologies or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in HVAC and managing technical projects.
• Significant project management experience, ideally with a seniority level corresponding to about 20 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Switzerland is highly valued; however, profiles with solid HVAC experience in other markets will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of the design and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
• Ability to independently manage a project and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Good project monitoring skills: planning, costs, quality, technical coordination, and interface management.
• Organisational skills, technical rigour, and good interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
