In this role, you will take on responsible leadership tasks as the specialist medical director of gerontopsychiatry and psychotherapy within a versatile, multiprofessional team. You will shape a varied clinical activity and influence a respectful corporate culture characterised by manageable structures. Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will assume the specialist medical leadership of a ward for old-age psychiatry with a focus on old-age psychotherapy.
- You will also be responsible for leading an outpatient clinic for old-age psychiatry with a focus on old-age psychotherapy.
- As specialist medical director of gerontopsychiatry and psychotherapy, you will steer treatment concepts and ensure a high quality of care.
- You will lead and develop the interprofessional team in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- As a member of the management team, you will actively shape the strategic and content-related development of the clinic.
- You will initiate and accompany forward-looking projects to further develop old-age psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Qualifications:
- You are a specialist in psychiatry with several years of senior medical leadership experience.
- You hold the subspecialty title in old-age psychiatry and old-age psychotherapy.
- You bring experience in building and developing care structures.
- You are characterised by an integrative, flexible personality with enjoyment and routine in professional and leadership responsibilities.
- You appreciate working in a strongly care-oriented clinic and in a multiprofessional team.
- You wish to continuously develop professionally and actively engage in this.
