- You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and, depending on the company structure, contribute to reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS.
- You are responsible for account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and asset accounting.
- You coordinate intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with the involved companies.
- You prepare Swiss VAT returns and support tax and audit enquiries.
- You improve booking processes, internal controls, and the digital processing of financial data.
- Several years of experience in financial accounting with independent preparation of final accounts
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR and Swiss VAT
- Experience with Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS is an advantage
- Good knowledge of a common ERP system and confident use of Excel
- Independent, precise working style as well as very good German and good English skills
- Flexible working hours and home office options
- At least five weeks of holiday

Tasks

Profile
- Commercial basic training and completed further education as a Financial and Accounting Specialist with a federal diploma or comparable qualification- Several years of experience in financial accounting with independent preparation of final accounts
- Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR and Swiss VAT
- Experience with Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS is an advantage
- Good knowledge of a common ERP system and confident use of Excel
- Independent, precise working style as well as very good German and good English skills
