To strengthen our SME team in Zurich, we are looking for a

Junior Mandate Manager SME (80%-100%)

Your main tasks

• Link function between Senior Mandate Manager and SME broking teams
• Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in the client organisation as well as daily contacts
• Client support for all lines of business (advising clients on coverage concepts and capabilities, monitoring renewal deadlines, appointments, etc.)
• Development of coverage concepts and implementation of corresponding solutions with specialist teams
• Support in claims handling
• Management and updating of internal information systems required for insurance portfolio administration
• Conducting tenders
• Maintaining the insurance network
• Portfolio and contract analyses
• Professional support for our client advisors and the business development team
• Participation in project teams

Your profile

• Training in insurance with a focus on property and financial loss insurance and/or personal insurance (federal professional certificate advantageous)
• Initial experience dealing with SME clients
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
• Proactive service provider
• Ability to work independently as well as in specialist teams, with mandate managers and in project teams
• Good negotiation skills with insurers and know-how in preparing tender reports
• Well-organised and structured working style
• Analytical thinking, detail- and results-oriented
