Your Tasks
- Leadership and qualification of the team in collaboration with the team management
- Clinical activity in operating technology as the main focus
- Ensuring a smooth process of the entire surgical day planning as well as ensuring, controlling, updating, and inventorying the equipment and material supply
- Participation in project groups, focus groups, specialist groups, and management committees (e.g., cadre report)
- Evaluation and introduction of new medical materials and Med-Tech devices
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
Your Profile
- Dipl. Operating Technician HF/FA or SRK-recognized Technical Operating Specialist HF
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Experience in the application of clinical information systems
- Technical flair, high physical resilience
- Sympathetic, team-oriented personality and an efficient working style
