- Solid expertise in the benefits area of occupational pension schemes (BVG), ideally complemented by training as a social insurance expert or comparable qualification
- Experience in assessing disability and death benefits as well as dealing with regulatory and legal requirements
- Interest and ability to think through and further develop processes, systems, and workflows holistically
- Enjoyment of leadership, clarity in communication, and a respectful approach to your team
