Event & Culinary Experience Specialist

About the job

Based in the Bern region, you primarily operate in this area, while also being required to travel throughout Switzerland as needed. You work full-time and appreciate mobility as well as assignments in other regions of the country.

• You transform cooking into a true experience and create memorable moments during cooking classes, client and partner events, trade fairs and exhibitions thanks to your personality and sense of hospitality
• You showcase V-ZUG products where they reveal their full potential: in real-life situations. At events, cooking classes and demonstrations, you make their functions tangible and inspire enthusiasm for our appliances
• A true host or hostess at heart, you warmly welcome clients, partners and guests, create a friendly atmosphere and ensure everyone feels completely at ease
• You orchestrate the entire culinary experience on site. From setting up to preparing ingredients, equipment and appliances to the final details of the event, you guarantee a flawless execution in compliance with HACCP standards
• Thanks to your sense of quality, service and detail, you actively contribute to the V-ZUG experience and ensure a premium presentation that fully reflects our brand and premium positioning
• In close collaboration with the Event Management, Culinary and Showroom teams, you share your ideas, develop existing concepts and help turn great ideas into exceptional experiences
• Your scope of action goes beyond the Bern region: as needed, you support our Showroom teams throughout Switzerland during client events and commercial activities. This allows you to discover different sites, teams and formats while continuously broadening your experience

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook and have experience gained in gourmet catering, the event sector or a comparable environment
• You enjoy creating memorable experiences through quality cooking, professional service and an authentic approach. For you, hospitality is not just a skill, it is a true mindset
• You have already led or supported training sessions, cooking classes, demonstrations or events. You can confidently address different audiences and convey your knowledge clearly, assuredly and enthusiastically
• You have excellent command of French or German, both spoken and written, and naturally adapt your communication to your various interlocutors. Knowledge of English is an additional asset
• You hold a category B driving licence and appreciate business travel throughout Switzerland
• Flexible and available, you are comfortable with evening or weekend assignments, aware that the best experiences often take place outside office hours
