The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Acute Hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Nursing Department under the nursing management of Ms Dragica Novakovic, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a Diploma Nursing Specialist HF/HF for a workload of 70-100%.
Your tasks
- Professional and competent nursing and care of postpartum women, pregnant women and gynaecological patients
- Promotion of family-centred care / holistic care of women and families and care of postpartum women and their newborns
- Care of women with gynaecological diseases and after gynaecological surgical procedures, as well as other surgical interventions
- Contribution to appreciative, respectful, interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Independent implementation of the nursing and treatment process in interdisciplinary cooperation
- Support and deputy assumption of activities of daily living
- Participation in and execution of preventive, therapeutic and diagnostic measures
Your profile
- Successful training as a qualified nurse HF/KJFF/FH
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in various disciplines in an acute hospital
- Interest in the care of postpartum women and infants
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High social competence and flexible, team-oriented action
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- You are a communicative and open personality who places patients at the centre
