Maintenance Trainer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the professional qualification of the maintenance and production teams in electrical and mechanical skills to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-oriented workflows

• Design and organisation of training programmes for maintenance and production personnel in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, including collaboration with external training providers

• Review of professional competencies as well as imparting theoretical knowledge and practical skills both in workshop environments and directly at the production facilities

• Promotion and continuous development of employees in their professional and personal competencies

• Active participation in maintenance and repair work on production equipment in close cooperation with the maintenance team as well as taking on on-call duties

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics (for example as a master craftsman, technician, or engineer)

• Extensive professional experience in production, preferably with experience in training and educating employees

• Pedagogical talent and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly

• Strong communication skills and social competence, especially in interaction with employees of different qualification levels

• Knowledge of the English language is desirable
