Technical Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Technical customer support (phone, email, remote, Teams) - with a focus on IoT/Embedded and communication technologies
- Configuration and parameterization of devices (e.g., RS-485 / Modbus)
- Testing our device line "Cluey" (controller/monitor) in technical and customer environments
- Working with update/deployment tools
- Setting up test flows and visualizing measurement data
- Participating in device tests using Jenkins/Robot Framework and documenting support cases
- Close collaboration with sales, engineering & support team
Your qualities
- Technical training in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable
- Enjoy working with IoT, embedded, and communication technologies
- Knowledge or willingness to learn modern tools such as Node-RED, Grafana, InfluxDB, Hawkbit
- Ideally first experience with automated tests
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of customer contact
- Experience in support of IoT/embedded devices or industrial communication
- Knowledge in measurement/control technology, gateways, network technology, or similar environments
- German and English spoken and written
