The position is limited to 12 months
Your area of responsibility
- You process the daily incoming mail
- You check invoice compliance
- You prepare paper invoices and scan them into the SAP system
- You check invoice receipt in the Invoice Monitor and manage the scanning station
- You organize the administrative filing and the archive
- General administrative tasks and correspondence, including clarifications with our Shared Service Center in Slovakia (in English)
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training, good SAP knowledge as well as Google
- You like to work efficiently and solution-oriented, are flexible, reliable, precise, and open to new things.
- You are willing to take on short-term tasks.
- You have a customer-oriented quality awareness.
- You like to apply your good language skills: German & English skills, French skills are an advantage
