- Completed basic mechanical training (e.g. automotive technician, plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic EFZ or similar field)
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in working in a military environment
- Good oral and written English skills (approx. First / B1 level)
- Openness and flexibility to be introduced to and trained in the activity and aviation-specific knowledge
- Reliable and clean working method with a high sense of responsibility and endurance
- Resilient, team-oriented and committed personality
- Swiss citizenship (due to function)
