Your tasks
- Implement legislation regarding coercive measures in foreign nationals law and removal from Switzerland
- Maintain, in coordination with the hierarchical superior, the necessary external and internal relations for the activity and ensure the deputy role for the head
- Represent the service, in the aforementioned field, before the Coercive Measures Tribunal (TMC)
- Participate in the proper management of the asylum and removal execution section
- Perform any task assigned by the hierarchical superior, or replace them during their absences
Desired profile
- Law degree or master’s
- Writing skills
- Personality with interpersonal ease and strong powers of persuasion
- Adaptability
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
