- You initiate orders, monitor contracts, and coordinate delivery dates and invoice verification
- Ongoing contact with national and international suppliers to clarify order and delivery details as well as to quickly resolve delivery issues
- Handling complaints and initiating appropriate measures to ensure quality and delivery reliability
- Maintenance and updating of purchasing data in the ERP system to ensure an accurate and up-to-date data basis
- Several years of professional experience in operational procurement (metals, mechanical components, etc.)
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Office and ERP
- Responsibility, resilience, and assertiveness are not foreign concepts to you

Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training, ideally combined with further education in purchasing- Several years of professional experience in operational procurement (metals, mechanical components, etc.)
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Office and ERP
- Responsibility, resilience, and assertiveness are not foreign concepts to you
