Service Dispatcher Heat Pumps

Varied tasks, modern heat pump technology and an innovative, passionate team: With us, you work in a versatile technical service environment with attractive working conditions and exciting development opportunities in the field of renewable heating systems.
Here is what you will do
- Fault acceptance and customer support – Receiving technical fault reports, supporting customers and coordinating further steps
- Planning, organisation and scheduling of service deployments
- Order management – Recording, prioritising and tracking service orders
- Technical support – Initial assessment of technical concerns in the area of heat pumps and building services engineering as well as initiating appropriate measures
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed basic training in the electrical field or a comparable electrotechnical education
- Technical understanding of building services engineering and interest in heat generation and energy systems
- Knowledge in the field of air/water heat pumps is an advantage
- Strong communication skills – customer-oriented and a team player
