Tasks that challenge you:

• Technical and personnel management of the assembly team with approx. 1020 employees
• Planning, coordination and supervision of daily assembly work
• Ensuring timely and high-quality production
• Optimisation of workflows, processes and productivity
• Allocation of employees and prioritisation of orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
• Supporting the team with technical challenges and operational bottlenecks
• Promotion, motivation and further development of employees

Requirements:

• Completed technical or mechanical training
• Several years of professional experience in assembly or production
• Experience in a leadership role or pronounced leadership skills
• Organisational strength and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Assertiveness, decisiveness and a solution-oriented working style
• Technical understanding and a pronounced quality awareness
• Structured, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Teamwork skills as well as an independent and responsible working style
